1. How to Delete an Organization

Before deleting your organization, it's important to understand the impact. Only the Organization Owner can perform this action, and deletion is permanent. All data, reports, and user access will be irreversibly removed. If your organization has an active subscription, deletion does not cancel it immediately, but it will prevent it from renewing at the end of your current billing cycle.

If you wish to pause your subscription without deleting the organization, you can do so in Organization Settings → Billing → Manage Plan, or by contacting [email protected]

If you would still like to move forward with deleting your Organization, follow these necessary steps:

  1. Log In as the Owner: Ensure you are logged in as the Owner of the organization.

  2. Access the Organization Settings: Click on the Settings Icon in the top-right corner next to your organization’s name.

  3. Navigate to the Profile Tab:

    1. In the Organization Settings page, select the Profile tab.

    2. Locate the Delete organization button in red at the bottom of the page.

      1. Note: This button is visible only to the Owner.

  4. Initiate Deletion: Click the Delete organization button.

  5. Confirm Deletion:

    1. A pop-up screen will appear asking for confirmation.

    2. In the text box, type the full name of the organization exactly as it appears, including capitalization.

  6. Complete Deletion:

    1. Click Delete Organization. This action is final and cannot be undone.


2. What Happens After Deletion?

Once an organization is deleted, several final steps are triggered related to confirmation, billing, and user access. Below is a summary of what to expect after deletion is initiated:

  • Confirmation: The Owner will receive a confirmation email verifying the action.

  • Subscriptions and Payments:

    • No Refunds: If your organization has a paid subscription, no refunds will be issued for unused time.

    • Subscription Non-Renewal: Your subscription will not renew at the end of its current term.

    • Final Invoice: A final pro-rated invoice is sent to the Owner on file via email.

  • User Access:

    • All users will lose access to all content and features associated with the deleted organization.

    • Upon logging in, they will be prompted to either create a new organization or select an existing organization they have access to.
