1. View Your Subscription Details
To manage your subscription and seat usage, you’ll need to access your organization’s billing settings. Only Owners and Admins can manage subscriptions and billing information.
Follow the steps below to view your current plan, invoice details, and seat allocation.
Log In as an Owner or Admin: Ensure you are logged in with the appropriate role.
Access the Organization Settings Page: Click on the Settings Icon in the top-right corner next to your organization’s name.
Choose the Plans & Billing Tab:
Here, you can view:
Your current subscription plan (e.g., Professional or Enterprise).
Payment cycle (monthly or annual).
Next invoice issue date.
Estimated invoice amount.
Total number of editor seats in use.
Total number of empty seats available.
2. Update Your Payment and Billing Information
To keep your subscription current, you can easily update your payment method and billing details through the Plans & Billing tab. Follow the steps below to add or remove a payment method, or to update your billing information via Stripe.
How to Update Your Payment Method:
Click on Manage Plan: In the Plans & Billing Tab, click the Manage Plan button to open the Stripe Page.
Add a New Payment Method:
Once redirected to the Stripe Page, click + Add New Payment Method.
Enter the following details:
Billing Address
Full Name
Contact Information
Card Information
Cardholder Name
Save the payment method.
Delete an Existing Payment Method:
Click the X Button next to the card you want to remove.
A pop-up screen will appear. Click Delete to confirm.
How to Update Your Billing Information:
Click on Manage Plan: In the Plans & Billing Tab, click the Manage Plan button to open the Stripe Page.
Scroll to Update Information: At the bottom of the Stripe page, click Update Information.
Edit Your Details:
Update your Name and Billing Address as needed.
Save the updated information.
3. View and Download Invoices
You can easily access and download past invoices for your organization at any time. Follow the steps below to view billing details and download invoice PDFs directly from the Stripe page.
Click on Manage Plan: In the Plans & Billing Tab, click the Manage Plan button to open the Stripe Page.
Access Invoices on the Stripe Page: Once redirected to the Stripe page, locate the View Details Dropdown under your current plan and pricing.
Download Invoices:
Select an invoice from the dropdown.
Each invoice is accessible as a PDF for download.
4. Upgrade Your Subscription
Upgrading your Neural Earth subscription gives your team access to more features, seats, and flexibility. Only Owners and Admins of your organization can change the plan by accessing Account Settings > Organization > Plan & Billing. Before upgrading your Organization's subscription it is important to estimate how many editor seats your team requires.
Follow the steps below to select a new plan, adjust your seat count, and complete the upgrade process:
Navigate to Plan & Billing
In the platform header, click your avatar → Organization Settings → Plan & Billing.
Choose Your Plan
Review the four tiers (Silver, Gold, Platinum, Enterprise) and their features.
Click Choose Plan under the desired tier.
If you select Enterprise, you’ll be prompted to Contact Sales for custom pricing.
Adjust Seats
Use the seat selector to set the total number of editor seats you need.
Selecting more seats than current members creates “empty” seats; unassigned users will default to Viewers and do not consume a seat.
Review Billing Frequency
Silver, Gold & Platinum: Monthly billing only
Enterprise: Annual billing available
Proceed to Checkout
Click Continue to Checkout.
On the Stripe page, enter:
Card Information (number, expiration, CVV)
Billing Address (for tax calculation)
Contact Information (pre‑filled)
Accept the Terms & Conditions (click the link to review).
Finalize Your Upgrade
Click Subscribe (or Upgrade).
You’ll receive an email receipt confirming your purchase.

Optimize Seat Usage: Regularly review and reassign unused seats to avoid wasted costs.
Stay Ahead of Limits: Enable notifications for when you approach seat or property caps so you can plan upgrades proactively.
5. Cancel Your Subscription
Canceling a subscription will not delete your organization's data or reports, but it will disable most features. By cancelling your subscription, it will not renew at the end of its current term and you will not be issued a prorated refund. . Click on Manage Plan: In the Plans & Billing Tab, click the Manage Plan button to open the Stripe Page.
Click on Cancel Plan: On the Stripe page, click the Cancel Plan button on the right-hand side.
Confirm Cancellation:
A pop-up screen will appear asking for confirmation.
Click Cancel to confirm.
6. Access After Cancellation:
Even after you cancel your subscription, nothing changes until the end of your billing cycle. After that, you can still access a limited set of features and data in Neural Earth:
Portfolios and Properties:
View existing portfolios, properties, and the last generated risk scores.
Adding portfolios or properties and accessing action menus will be disabled.
Search and Filter: Continue searching and filtering portfolios and properties.
Individual Property Pages: View properties on the map (non-interactive).
