Neural Earth offers four flexible subscription plans tailored to meet the needs of different teams based on size, usage, and support level.
Each plan includes access to core platform capabilities, with differences in seat count, property limits, support level, and available features.
Silver – Ideal for small teams getting started with property risk analysis. Includes foundational tools to manage properties and generate insights.
Gold – Best suited for growing teams managing multiple clients or regions. Offers increased property capacity and unlimited portfolios.
Platinum – Designed for handling complex portfolios. Includes higher seat counts, priority support, and larger data capacity.
Enterprise – Built for large organizations requiring unlimited properties, custom integrations, and premium support. Tailored pricing and configuration available.
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from the Organization settings page. All changes take effect immediately, with prorated billing adjustments applied.

3. How to Manage Your Organization's Subscription
Neural Earth makes it easy to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your organization's subscription at any time. For a full walkthrough on billing, payment methods, cancellations, and post-cancellation access, visit our guide on managing your subscription, billing and payment information.
You can manage everything directly from within the platform, here's how:
To change plans:
Go to your Organization Settings (top-right corner).
Click the Plans & Billing tab.
Select Manage Plan to open your billing portal.
Choose your new plan and confirm the change.
Note: Plan changes take effect immediately, with prorated billing adjustments applied as needed.
To cancel or update billing information:
You’ll use the same Manage Plan button to:
Cancel your subscription.
Update your credit card or billing address.
View and download invoices.
