What You’ll Learn in This Guide

1. Create your Neural Earth Studio account

  1. Click Create one under the sign-in form.

  2. Enter your first name, last name, email, and password.

    • Password must include at least 8 characters, one uppercase letter and one number.

  3. Check the box that says I have read and I agree to the Neural TOS, Privacy Policy, and MSA.

    • Please review each policy in a new tab before agreeing.

  4. Click Create account.

    • The button will remain disabled until all fields are complete and the checkbox is selected.

Once submitted, you’ll see a confirmation screen that says “Almost there!” — indicating your account has been created and email verification is pending.

2. Verify your Email Address

After you create your account, please check your inbox and click on the link we sent to your email address to activate your account.

  1. Open your email inbox for the address you used to sign up.

  2. Locate the verification email from Neural Earth [email protected].

  3. Open the email and click the Verify email button.

    • This link opens a new page where you can start using Neural Earth Studio.

  4. Once verified, you’ll be redirected automatically to the Studio page.

You can now create your first map directly from the dashboard once your email is verified. To learn how to create your first map and add your first dataset, click here.

3. Troubleshooting and Common Issues

Didn’t get the email?

  • Click Resend it on the verification page to send a new email.

  • Check your spam or promotions folder in case it was filtered.

  • Ensure your email address is spelled correctly.

Wrong email address?

  • Click Log out on the verification page.

  • Return to the sign-up page and create your account again using the correct email address.

Error states and validation

  • Fields display inline error messages (e.g., “Please enter your first name”) if left blank.

  • The Create account button remains inactive until all required fields are valid.

  • If you enter an incorrect email–password combination when signing in, you’ll see:
“Username and/or password mismatch, please check and try again.”
