1. How to Update Your Account Email
Before making any changes, ensure you have access to your registered email to verify updates promptly. If you do not receive the verification email, check your spam folder, try again or contact support. To update your email address associated with your Neural Earth account, follow these steps:
Sign in to your Neural Earth account.
Click the user icon in the top right-hand corner.
Select “Security” from the dropdown menu.
Click “Change Email.”
Enter your new email address and your current password.
Click “Submit.”
Check your inbox for a confirmation email from [email protected].
Click “Verify Email.”
Once verified, you'll be redirected to your organization page, confirming your new email address.
2. How to Reset Your Password
Follow these steps to reset your password securely:
Sign in to your Neural Earth account.
Click the user icon in the top right-hand corner.
Select “Security” from the dropdown menu.
Enter your current password.
Enter your new password and confirm it.
Password Requirements:
Minimum 8 characters long.
At least one lowercase character.
At least one number, symbol, or whitespace character.
Click “Change Password.”
You will be automatically signed out and prompted to log in again with your new password.
A confirmation email will be sent notifying you of the password update.
