1. Update your email address
Sign in to Neural Earth Studio.
Click your user icon in the top-right corner and choose Security from the menu.
On the Security page, select Change email.
In the pop-up, enter your new email, your current password, and confirm your current password.
Click Send confirmation.
Open the confirmation email sent to your new address from [email protected] and click Change email to complete the update.
💡 Pro Tip: The account email changes only after you click the link in the confirmation email. Until then, your old email remains active for sign-in.
2. How to reset your password
Whether you forgot your password or want to update it for security reasons, you can easily reset it in just a few clicks using one of the two methods below.
From the sign-in page (email reset link)
Go to the Studio sign-in page and click Forgot your password?
Enter your email and click Reset password.
Open the email from [email protected] and click Reset your password.
On the password reset page, enter a new password and confirm it.
Password must include at least 8 characters, one uppercase letter and one number.
Click Reset password, then sign in with your new password.
From your account (Security settings)
Sign in to Neural Earth Studio.
Click your user icon in the top-right corner and choose Security.
In Change password, enter a new password and confirm it.
Password must include at least 8 characters, one uppercase letter and one number.
Click Change password to save.
