1. How to View a Portfolio Risk Report
To view a portfolio report, your portfolio must contain at least one property. If you haven't created a portfolio or added properties yet, learn how to create a portfolio and add a property.
Follow these steps to view a comprehensive risk report for your portfolio:
Open Your Portfolio: Select the portfolio for which you want to view a report for.
Access the Report Page: On the portfolio page, click the Report tab located on the right-hand side of the screen.
Navigate the Portfolio Report: Click the menu on the left-hand side to quickly navigate to different section of the Portfolio report.
2. How to View a Property Risk Report
Follow these steps to view a detailed risk report for any property:
Open the Property Page:
Select the portfolio containing the property you're interested in.
Click on the property to open its Property Page.
Access the Report Page: On the Property Page, click the Report button located on the right-hand side of the screen.
Navigate the Property Report:
Click the menu on the left-hand side to quickly navigate to different sections of the Property report.
View Property Details: Choose the appropriate tab to view details such as Property Identification, Physical Characteristics, Assessed and Market Value, or Ownership information.
