1. How to Create a Portfolio
A portfolio allows you to organize and manage properties effectively. Here’s how to create a portfolio:
Access the All Portfolio's Page: Locate the icon column on the left hand side and click on the ‘Pin’ icon.
Create a New Portfolio: Click the + button located immediately to the right of the search bar.
Enter a Unique Portfolio Name: Give your new portfolio a unique name that reflects the portfolio’s purpose or contents to identify it easily.
If you want to edit a portfolio name in the future, check out manage and edit portfolios.
Save Your Portfolio: Click Save Portfolio to create and save it.

2. How to Add a Property
Now that your portfolio is created, it’s time to add a property, here's how:
Select Your Portfolio: Click on the portfolio where you want to add your property.
Add a New Property: Click the + button located immediately to the right of the search bar.
Enter Property Details:
Type in a Unique Property Name to make the property easily recognizable.
Enter the Property Address in the provided field. The property address must be located in the United States.

Save Your Property: Confirm by clicking Add property.

3. How to Use the Interactive Map to add a Property
In addition to entering details manually, you can quickly add a property by interacting directly with the map. Here's how to pinpoint and add a location:
Select Your Portfolio: Click on the portfolio where you want to add your property.
Add a New Property: Click the + button located immediately to the right of the search bar.
Click the Interactive Map: Click directly on the Interactive Map, located on the right hand side, to add an address.
Alternatively, drag and drop the marker on the map to pinpoint the property’s location.
Enter Property Details:
Type in a Unique Property Name to make the property easily recognizable.
Save Your Property: Confirm by clicking Add property.

Yes, a single property can belong to multiple portfolios within Neural Earth. This allows you to group and analyze the same property across different projects, clients, or risk strategies.
Why can’t I create a portfolio?
Ensure you’ve set up your Organization first and have a role that can create new portfolios. Refer to How to Set Up Your Organization.
Can I change the name of my portfolio or property later?
Yes, both portfolio names and property details can be edited.
