What You'll Learn in This Guide

1. What is the All Properties page?

The All Properties page provides a table of every property in your organization, regardless of which portfolio they belong to. It’s your go-to dashboard for locating, accessing, and managing properties and portfolios across your organization.

Key Features:

  • Last Updated Timestamp: Displays the last change in the number of properties in your organization.

  • Batch Upload Button: Located above the table for quick access to mass property uploads.

  • Full Table View: Each row represents a property and includes key identifying information and navigation links.

All Properties Table Overview

The table includes the following columns:

Column Name

Description

Last Updated

The date the property was last edited or added.

Unique Property Name

A distinct identifier given to the property by the user.

Street Address

The full address of the property.

City

The property's city.

State

The property's state.

ZIP Code

The property's ZIP code.

View Property

Click to open the property's page in a new tab.

Portfolio

Click to open the associated portfolio(s) in a new tab.

2. Search & Sort the Table

At the top of the page, you'll find a search bar with autocomplete functionality that lets you quickly find properties based on various fields. This allows you to locate a property using any available detail, not just the address or name. Here you can easily search by:

  • Unique Property Name

  • Street Address

  • City

  • State

  • ZIP Code

  • Portfolio Name

Sorting the Table

Each column in the table is sortable for quick data exploration, giving you control over how you view your organization’s property data. The following sortable features ensures performance and usability, even with large datasets:

  • Default sort: By “Last Updated,” in descending order (most recent first).

  • Other columns: Clicking once sorts ascending; clicking again sorts descending.

  • Portfolio column: Clicking will sort by number of portfolios the property belongs to, descending first, then ascending.

3. Navigating to Properties & Portfolios

You can quickly open any record directly from the table:

  1. Click "View Property" to open the property in a new browser tab.

  2. Click on the Portfolio name to open the related portfolio in a new tab as well.

This makes it easy to cross-reference property-level data with portfolio-level analytics.

4. Uploading Properties via Batch Upload

You can initiate a batch upload directly from the All Properties page, allowing you to upload a large schedule of property addresses easily into your Organization. Here's how

  1. Click the “Batch Upload” button located above the table.

  2. Follow the necessary steps to batch upload a schedule of properties.

  • The All Properties page shows every property across your organization — not just those within a single portfolio.

Can I export the All Properties table?

  • Not yet, but this feature is planned for a future release.

What if I don’t see a newly uploaded property?

  • Check the pagination and ensure you’re sorting by “Last Updated” to bring new properties to the top.
