What You’ll Learn in This Guide

1. How to Create a Portfolio

Creating a portfolio is the first step in managing and analyzing risk effectively for your organization. Before creating a portfolio, confirm you’ve already set up your organization. If you haven’t, learn how to set up your organization.

Here's how you can easily create a portfolio:

  1. Access the All Portfolios page: Locate the icon column on the left hand side and click on the ‘Location pin’ icon.

  2. Create a New Portfolio:

    1. Click the + button located immediately to the right of the search bar.

    2. Enter a Unique Portfolio Name to identify it easily. We recommend using a clear, unique and recognizable name that reflects the portfolio’s purpose or contents. This can be updated later if needed.

  3. Save Your Portfolio: Click Save portfolio to create and save your new portfolio.

💡Pro Tip: Searching and Filtering Portfolios

  • Easily search for specific portfolios using the Search Bar located within the All Portfolios Page.

  2. Add a Property:

    1. Click the + button located immediately to the right of the search bar, within your portfolio.

    2. Type the address of the property you wish to add into the search field.

💡Pro Tip: Update Property Location Using the Interactive Map

  • In the Edit Property pop-up screen, you can drag and drop the Icon Indicator on the interactive map on the right hand side to update the property’s location.

  • After moving the icon:

    • A notification will appear with the new address.
